If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours prior, a 50% refund will be issued, with the remaining balance credited toward future services. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or for no-shows. You may reschedule once without additional fee, subject to availability. This policy ensures fair allocation of time and resources.
